History of Midwest Security Conference

The Midwest Security conference started in 1990 as a joint venture between the Chicago chapter of the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and the Illinois Security Chiefs Association. In 1991, the Chicago Chapter of ASIS International became the third member and these three organizations jointly sponsored the conference through 2004.

The conference was established to provide a cost effective conference that would be of high quality, timely in nature and accessible to all. More ...
